Vision Statement

The American Red Cross educates, encourages, and empowers youth to be role models in their communities so, as current and future leaders, they can further the mission and fundamental principles of the Red Cross and touch more lives nationwide and around the world.

  • We provide a wide variety of educational programs that are entertaining as well as informative.
  • We foster friendly and healthy relationships among youth, young adults, and adults.
  • We trust in times of need, Red Cross youth can apply their skills to improve the quality of life for their neighbors and themselves.
  • We know that by providing community service and building resources, youth can and do make an important difference in our society.
  • We promote mutual understanding, friendships, cooperation, and lasting peace.
